Dear Pharmacist / Pharmacy Owner,

As the team within ComputAssist Group we would like to offer our assistance to you and your Pharmacy, in communicating with your community of patients, reminding them that you CARE, their HEALTH is your PRIORITY.

We have setup an automated mailing service that with your permission will over the course of the next 6 weeks automatically send out an Email and SMS to your customers on behalf of your pharmacy, offering advice, suggested services and most importantly comfort to your customers.

We can provide the Email and SMS communication service to you, to save you time.

This automated service is as easy as 1, 2, 3… but requires YOUR PERMISSION.

Step 1: Registration

We require your approval and consent to access the patient Email addresses and Cellphone numbers in your pharmacy Dispensary and Accounts modules to build your pharmacy mailing list and database.

Step 2: Letter Approval / Scheduling

Our team of marketers have compiled a series of customer letters or notifications geared to inform and remind patients of protocols to follow and what they could be doing to avoid the spread of the Coronavirus.

Also, this keeps you in touch with your patients and customers during this crisis that saves you time to focus on other activities as it is an automated service.

They will also receive health tips and #askyourpharmacist reminders to keep you at the forefront of their health needs.
We will send you a reminder 2 days prior to the scheduled campaign.

Step 3: Automation means

We shall create a dedicated mail database for each registered Pharmacy of their patients.

Each weekly letter will be entered into our automated scheduler, then emailed out to each of your patients, based on the registered consents captured by your Pharmacy before the deadline.

Step 5: SMS Service

For WeCare Members the process is already in place and you can contact your patients through the WeCare App. Contact Chantell at the Business Centre on 087 802 2621 to check your credit balance.

Non-WeCare Members, we are setting up a process to assist you and will notify you in the next few days.

We have also attached some additional POSTERS that can be printed out in your Pharmacy to be placed around your Pharmacy to inform staff and Patients with vital COVID-19 information. Have a look below:
